They got me unbanned

 I was really worried at first to spend the money and that it would be hard to do.

But the staff was very responsive and Voice Chatted with me and helped me with the process It was simple to do (with their help)

It took about 40 minutes to do the whole thing and now I'm able to play again without using a spoofer.

Going this route is a hell of a lot cheaper than trying to guess which parts on my PC are banned and buying new parts.
